About HoME

The Home Mobility Enabled (HoME) project provides resources to support home accessibility. The goal is to provide recommendations for older adults, people with mobility impairments, family care partners, and professional caregivers.  HoME offers step-by-step guidance, key dimensions and safety considerations, and product checklists for high-impact, easy-to-implement upgrades. We have developed guides for different areas of the home.  Each guide provides links to searchable resources and keywords to help find appropriate solutions locally or online. Our goal is to make home modifications achievable, affordable, and confidence-building. Funded by TechSAge.
